The Capital Pool Company program was introduced by the TSX Venture Exchange in 1987 as means for private companies to list their shares for public trade on the stock exchange. The program provides an economically viable option for which private companies can become publicly listed, as well as a means to introduce the company to the public market through the guidance of experienced advisors.
